Sessions will last 30-45 minutes excluding your warm up and cool down time.

Karen Drenth is a Certified Personal Trainer and also has her certification in Specialist in Fitness For Older Adults.  She is currently working on her Fitness Therapy certification. She strives to create a program for each individual person that is unique for their goals and fitness levels.
